Lobster Bisque

This Lobster Bisque is made with 'Lobster-flavored seafood'. 

Lobster Bisque
8 oz pkg Lobster Classic
2 Tbs. butter
1 med onion - chopped
1/2 lb. mushrooms - sliced
2 Tbs. flour
3 cups milk
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup half and half
1/4 cup sherry
1 Tbs. chopped celery

In saucepan melt butter, and saute onions and mushrooms.  Add flour and stir until smooth.  Slowly add milk and cook until slightly thickened.  Stir in remaining ingredients, heat gently, but do not boil.  Season with salt, pepper and a dash of nutmeg.  Makes 4 servings.
